A14 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

A14 is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform, operated under the a14 Group with a valid online gaming licence.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between a14 and its users. By accessing the platform through the a14 website, mobile site, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these terms.

To register with a14 and use our services, you must:

The following rules apply to all bets placed on a14:

• Minimum Bet Amount: Sports Betting starts from ৳10, and most casino games start from ৳5.
• Maximum Bet Amount: Limits vary by sports event and market, and are displayed directly on the bet slip.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change up until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are final.
• If an event is cancelled: If a match or event is completely cancelled, your stake will be refunded. If a match is suspended after it has begun, the outcome will be determined in accordance with a14's rules.
• Technical Error: If a technical error results in incorrect odds or information being displayed and a bet is placed based on that error, a14 reserves the right to void the bet.
• Accumulator/Parlay: You can combine multiple matches into an accumulator bet. If any single selection loses, the entire accumulator is lost.

If a14 detects suspicious betting patterns or any attempt at manipulation, the relevant bets or account may be suspended pending investigation. Any bets linked to match fixing or fraudulent activity will be voided.

Deposit: a14 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Mobile banking deposits are usually instant, though they may occasionally take 5–10 minutes due to bank processing times.

Withdrawal: Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. VIP members enjoy even faster processing times. Identity verification may be required for large first-time withdrawals.

A14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Running multiple accounts
• Registering with false or inaccurate information
• Using another person's payment method to carry out transactions
• If evidence of bonus abuse or bonus hunting is found
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected
• If found to be under 18
• If you attempt to exploit any technical flaw in the platform for unfair advantage

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded; however, any bonus wagering that has not been completed will be forfeited.
